Order of the foundation is determined by the first card placed upon it.

Roman - Single card moves. Built in mixed suits (hardest).
Roman Stacks - Group moves. Build in mixed suits (easiest).
Colonel - Group moves. Build in matching suit.
Corporal - Group moves. Build in alt-color suit.
